This is a Cow cesarian best known as the C-Section. This is a really neat video that vet stories brings you to enjoy a veterinarian' job... as you see here this cow was young, so its vagina was pretty small compared to a mature cow. The calf that was coming was pretty big, and there was not enough space for the calf to come out as natural. A surgery was needed to save the cow's life. The owner realized that the calf was dead, and decided to save at least the cow's life.
